Meet Mr Holt himself!

Founder of Mônuts and custodian of Melin Llynon, the last working windmill in Wales. Mr Holt trained as an apprentice to Master Chocolatier, William Curley, is the former Head Pastry Chef to Marcus Wareing, and is driven by a passion for nostalgia and all things chocolate!
